The following rules apply once enrolled in OnTrack:
- Pay the OnTrack amount in full each month.
- Keep electric use at or below previous level—notify Customer Care Representative of any circumstance that may cause your usage to increase.
- Permit access to your meter.
- Notify your Customer Care Representative if your situation changes.
- Apply for LIHEAP for assistance with your heating bill.
- Electric heat particpants are referred to the WRAP Program for weatherization services
